The valves quality are strictly controlled from raw material to final packing, UT, MT, and PT is done for the forging parts to avoid internal and external defect, and all valves are 100% hydro tested to check the sealing performance(1.5 times Shell test, 1.1 times seat test and 0.6Mpa low-pressure gas test), and all passed without failure(o leakage), a function test is also done to check if all valves can be operated smoothly and no open force over standard. The force of operating the valve is under 350N.
Before shipment our inspector finished the dimension inspection and visual inspection for the valve and markings, and the packing is seaworthy to protect the valves well from corrosion during the long sea freight.
