We are pleased to announce the successful completion of another project for a prominent mining company. A total of 685 valves have been provided for assembly onto process skids, facilitating the drainage and shutdown processes of the coal gas system.
 
The valve assortment encompasses the following:
 
High-Performance Butterfly Valve, 14 Inch, 150 LB, LUG, Bi-directional Sealing with Zero Leakage - 195 units
1 Inch Ball Valve, 800 LB, NPT - 75 units
2 Inch Ball Valve, 800 LB, NPT - 220 units
3 Inch Ball Valve, 800 LB, NPT - 70 units
4 Inch Ball Valve, 800 LB, NPT - 75 units
 
Every valve has undergone a phosphating surface treatment to ensure resistance against corrosion. Particularly noteworthy, the butterfly valves exhibit a remarkable zero leakage performance in both directions under full pressure, a critical attribute for their designated end service. Precise attention has been dedicated to verifying the open force, guaranteeing effortless operation on-site.
 
Furthermore, these valves are securely packaged in robust wooden crates with certified fumigation and IPPC stamps.
