Heavy-duty trunnion-mounted ball valve with a three-piece bolted forged body and worm gear operation. This full-bore ball valve provides a double-block-and-bleed function and meets API 6D and ASME B16.34 specifications. It supports custom nominal sizes from NPS2 to NPS30 and pressure classes Class150 to Class2500 with flanged end connections. Multiple material options are available for the body, ball, and seats for oil and natural gas pipeline service. It is equipped with body cavity relief, seat sealant injection port, and body cavity drain valve, fully tested per API 6D and protected by epoxy coating.
