Worm gear trunnion ball valve built with ASTM A105 forged carbon steel and robust epoxy coating. This Class 600 full-bore DBB valve in NPS12 DN300 adopts a heavy three-piece bolt-up forged body for pipeline isolation service. The worm gear operator reduces manual torque to facilitate on-site operation. It is equipped with body cavity relief, seat sealant injection port, and body cavity drain for cavity venting and draining. Developed for oil and gas transmission pipelines, it provides bubble-tight shutoff and dependable long-run performance under medium- and high-pressure operating environments.
