Heavy-duty trunnion-mounted ball valve with a three-piece bolted forged body and worm gear operation. This full-bore ball valve provides a double-block-and-bleed function and meets API 6D and ASME B16.34 specifications. It is NPS12 IN DN300 Class 600 fitted with an extended barrel on the outlet side for buried pipeline installation. Multiple material options are available for the body, ball, and seats for oil and natural gas pipeline service. It is equipped with body cavity relief, seat sealant injection port, and body cavity drain valve, fully tested per API 6D and protected by an epoxy coating.
