Heavy-duty trunnion-mounted ball valve with a three-piece bolted forged body and worm gear operation. This full-bore ball valve provides a double-block-and-bleed function and meets API 6D and ASME B16.34 specifications. It is NPS12 DN300 Class 600 LB with an extended barrel on the outlet side. Multiple material options are available for the body, ball, and seats for oil and natural gas pipeline service. It is equipped with body cavity relief, a seat sealant injection port, and a drain connection, fully tested per API 6D, and protected by an epoxy coating.
