Worm gear trunnion-supported ball valve constructed from ASTM A105 forged carbon steel with high-performance epoxy coating. This Class 900 full-port DBB ball valve in NPS10 DN250 adopts a three-piece bolted forged body for heavy-duty pipeline isolation. The built-in worm gear operator reduces manual torque to simplify valve operation. It is equipped with a body cavity relief and a seat sealant injection port to allow in-line seat maintenance. Suitable for natural gas and crude oil transmission pipelines, it provides tight shut-off and stable sealing performance under high-pressure working scenarios.
