Worm gear trunnion-supported ball valve constructed from ASTM A105N forged carbon steel with smooth epoxy coating. This Class 1500 full-port DBB ball valve in NPS6 DN150 adopts a heavy three-piece bolted forged body for extremely high-pressure pipeline isolation. The worm gear operator reduces manual torque for convenient field operation. It integrates body cavity relief, a seat sealant injection port, and a body cavity drain for cavity venting and draining. Suitable for oil and gas transmission pipelines, it provides bubble-tight shutoff and stable long-term performance under severe high-pressure operating conditions.
